Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request has been reviewed. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.

In certain cases, refunds may be issued without requiring the item to be returned, at our discretion.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union Customers

Customers located in the European Union may have additional consumer rights under applicable local laws, including the right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
